At the time of this writing JG Wentworth’s glossary STILL doesn’t have the words “structured settlement factoring transaction“, “qualified order” or even “factoring” in its glossary of key factoring terms.
WHY have such fundamental terms for structured settlement factoring (two of which are included in the Internal Revenue Code) continue to not be included in its glossary.
Judging by some of the terms included in the glossary, and the exclusion of others, the claims of 321 Henderson that it is “the past present and future of the structured settlement industry, one might be falsely led to believe that JG Wentworth is somehow involved in the primary side of the structured settlement business.
Postscript
While not taking anything away from JG Wenworth’s success (or failure), 2 bankruptcies were in JG Wentworth’s future as well as acquisition/merger with two of its rivals Peachtree and Stone Street Capital
