Patrick Hindert, the scribe of "Beyond Structured Settlements" has been made aware of the continual problem created by his apparent unwillingness to filter comments made to his blog. The procedure to filter comments is simple solution. So far Hindert has only been reactionary rather than proactive.
Hindert had done nothing until Structured Settlements 4Real recently began highlighting several articles on the subject of the filterless Hindert creation. "Beyond Structured Settlements" had become laden with spam comments (some of which even "lauded" Hindert’s site) that led to sites which dealt with sex toys, MILFs (you look it up) and today, Japanese Bukkake (you look it up ) and multilevel marketing leads. I know one annuity issuer was looking at Japan as a potential new market, so is this the reason Hindert feels there’s some benefit to permitting the "spoutings off" from a website that deals with the group ejaculatory response of Japanese businessmen?

While Hindert seems to remove the comments once he reads my remarks here, the damage of association is already done. It could be so easily prevented but for Hindert’s lack of courtesy. None of these items have anything to do with structured settlements or anything closely related. Since Hindert seems to get very few legitimate comments on Beyond Structured Settlements, what is the purpose of providing the comment highlight on the home page of the blog, under "Lilia’s blogging seminar"?
As previously reported here, Hindert’s Structured Settlement Public Policy wookie is also laden with pay per clicks. Such connections simply give Hindert the "vig".
It is disappointing to see someone who was once a structured settlement industry pioneer display such an incredible absence of care for the community at large.
