Patrick "Hindered"'s comments about my "Snyde Remarks" show that he really is "Beyond Structured Settlements"…waaaaay beyond…
My post stands on its own and Patrick Hindert (a/k/a "HIndered"**) misses the point.
Hindert has been pushing a factoring agenda on the structured settlement industry for so long that, in my opinion, he no longer has bona fides as a voice of reason.
That, and Hindered's published misplaced "values" that imply that one man's exercising his constitutional right to free speech and expression exposing business practices that potentially hurt plaintiff consumers is worse than the criminal activities of a convicted felon who did hurt and devastate plaintiffs. It's one of the reasons Hindered's blog's traffic ranking has been crumbling.
Patrick Hindert's actions continue to support my theory that he is more than just a casual acquaintance of JG Wentworth.
Hindert has not publicly come about against JG Wentworth's business practices or any other factoring company for that matter. WHY? I think we all know by now! Showing his true colors, "Hindered" even uses his "bully" critique as an opportunity to gush about JG Wentworth's success like an excited school boy reacting to his first peek into the girl's locker room.
I respect David Snyder as a senior statesman and his past contributions to the structured settlement industry up and until the point of his agreeing to be profiled by JG Wentworth.
However, the fact that the Present Value profile is captioned "Leader Among Us" implies Snyder's support of bogus claims that (1) JGW is the leader in the structured settlement industry (2) JGW alter ego 321 Henderson's is "the past present and future of the structured settlement industry", among other points previously detailed. In the publication in question the "Us" obviously refers to a structured settlement universe that includes JG Wentworth. As I previously stated his association with JG Wentworth, in whatever capacity, sends the wrong message about our industry to trial lawyers, judges, insurance companies, Congress and the general public.
