by Structured Settlement Watchdog
Since 2002, the structured settlement space has been plagued on the Internet by companies engaging in structured settlement factoring, that have manipulated advertising in such a way to create a case of mistaken identity for consumers and judges.
It's high time that in this era of "monkey see monkey do", the layers of confusion "be peeled back".
If you are a factoring company, holding no insurance license and no structured settlement annuity issuer appointments, AND you have been classified as a "Structured Settlement Aper" and want to be taken out of the Structured Settlement Aper's Pillory, your exit strategy is to simply get rid of any keywords and descriptions in the content of your site or in your meta tags and titles that refer to:
- Structured Settlement Quotes
- Sell Annuities
- Sell Structured Settlement Annuities
- Structured Annuities
- Structured Settlement Quote Form
- Structured Settlement Broker
- Structured Settlement Company
- Structured Settlement Loan
- Structured Settlement Annuity Done Right
- Free Structured Settlement Quote
- Claims that you are the structured settlement industry leader
Northeastern Capital Funding is an example of What Not to Do
Northeastern Capital Funding, LLC out of New York, has a web page that says "Structured Settlement Annuity Done Right". Besides its pedestrian use of the English language, this company is implying it is something that it isn't. Then, check out the keyword stack at the bottom of the pages lawyers, judges, consumers, financial advisors and structured settlement brokers. Northeastern Capital Funding, LLC is the first "structured settlement aper" to be sent to the structured settlement apers pillory. More to come!
*"It's just an illusion – illusion – illusion.
Could it be that it's just an illusion putting me back in all this confusion?
Could it be that it's just an illusion now?"
