DealFlow Media drums up interest in next week's Acadaemy of Special Needs Planners (ASNP) conference with attorney Frank Johns' rhetorical question " How do you prevent plaintiffs from falling in with a factoring company and undoing everything that you have helped them with?" Johns' answer is a good one, yet a significant point is missed-the question that Johns and other special needs attorneys SHOULD be asking.

Why Didn't Frank Johns and Other Special Needs Planners Ask This Question?

Specifically "why is JG Wentworth permitted to be a Gold sponsor of Aca. The fact the JG Wentworth is seen to be a sponsor of this group undermines its credibilty, in my opinion.

You dont see such sponsorships with NAELA, Stetson or Special Needs Alliance.
