To quote Monty Python, Wealthsmith’s "structured settlement directory" is a "nasty little pile of wombat’s do". One of their most outrageous. misleading and untrue notions is that you can do structured settlements for lotteries. While lotteries may be paid in the form of an annuity, possibly via a non qualified assignment, such an annuity is NOT a structured settlement.
