Risk Law Firm Continues To Display Outdated Inaccurate Annuity Chart

by Structured Settlement Watchdog                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            The Risk Law Firm of Tulsa Oklahoma devotes its law practice to advocacy for "the rights of claimants and their attorneys to make choices that affect them in their settlements" One could surmise that business must be so good for Dick Risk that an Exhibit link titled "Annuity Market Chart, Rules and Product Features has not been updated since March 1, 2007.

Needless to say MUCH has happened in the financial world in the last 19 months, including name changes, mergers, ratings changes, etc. The responsible thing for Risk to do now would be to either update the chart so that it is accurate and useful or to remove the page so that consumers are not subject to a lawyer in the structured settlement/settlement planning space disseminating inaccurate outdated information.
