Today I received yet another call from another African American that Novation Funding was trying to snow.
The woman, based in the Northeast, was given an offer by Novation Funding that was only 51.8% of the two top offers, hardly the lump sum maximum payout suggested in this page on the Novation Settlement Solutions website.
As one follows the money and seeks to know what institutions are funding Novation or if assigned, learn who is taking assignments of Novation Funding originated deals that take advantage of African Americans and other minorities. God help any settlement planner who is putting, has put their personal injury clients into structured settlement derivatives that were originated by them. Can you imagine discovering that you placed your personal injury victim client into a structured settlement derivative in which another plaintiff, a minority, who was financially raped by Novation Funding for over $1,400,000?
