Structured Settlements 4Real®Blog 2026

Structured settlements expert John Darer reviews the latest structured settlements and settlement planning information and news, and provides expert opinion and highly regarded commentary. that is spicy, Informative, irreverent and effective for over 20 years.

A Reuter's story will be of interest to the defamers of The Structured Settlement Watchdog John Darer™ and 4structures.com, LLC. A New York judge has ordered an anonymous blogger to appear in court next week over accusations that the blog Alfredlittle.com published false reports about a Chinese company to drive down the stock. The blogger was served with a subpoena via email to appear in state Supreme Court in New York on May 16, 2012, according to a court filing on Friday May 11, 2012.

The whois is record shows that the owner of AlfredLittle.com uses Domains By Proxy, a privacy registration offered by GoDaddy.com . Domaintools.com states that the registrant is listed as Jon Carnes. The blog appears to have hopped around between hosting companies several times in the past year.

Some bloggers , like the defamers of John Darer, exploit privacy services (which are intended to reduce spam) to mask their own shortcomings and inability to communicate in the real world. So John Darerdefamers cheat to compete. In addition to an ongoing assault through several blog sites established in February 2012, John Darer's cowardly defamers have submitted fake complaints to online consumers complaint services, but nothing to the Better Business Bureau or state insurance department which would require an identity.

As was pointed out in a previous blog post, the fake complaints had the same precise text, were submitted within minutes of each other by people of different sexes (or perhaps one very confused individual!), from places thousands of miles apart.
