While a structured settlement may include a deferred lump sum payment as one of its components that IS NOT what Stone Street Capital is peddling.
What Stone Street Capital is peddling is a resource for structured settlement factoring transactions NOT structured settlements. Structured settlement factoring transactions are also clearly defined under the Internal Revenue Code at IRC 5891(c)(3).

It is the professional opinon of this author that the use of the words " structured settlement process" have no relevancy in the Stone Street Capital solicitation. The fictional terms "lump sum structured settlement" or "lump sum stuctured settlement process" used by Stone Street Capital have no factual basis and, together with the misuse of "structured settlement process" in both tha page navigation and the URL of the web page, appear deliberately designed to suck in consumers and delay or confound a consumer's research experience for their gain.
