I see that you finally tied www.settlementmoneynow.com to JGW.
Other JGW "alter egos" which purport to be independent and which heavily bid on Overture/Yahoo pay per click, but which are, in reality, all creations of JGW are (at time of original posting) :
Google appears to be wise to their tricks and generally keeps JGW from running more than one campaign (under different names) at any one time. However, Overture/Yahoo (hungrier for PPC revenue?) allows JGW, using multiple aliases, to buy 2 and sometime 3 or 4 of the top rankings on Overture/Yahoo pay-per-click.
For example, look at what happens today when one uses Yahoo to search on the term "structured settlement."

As you can see, Yahoo is allowing JGW (operating through a series of alter-egos) to buy the first AND third AND fourth position on the Yahoo search results. A hapless consumer, thinking that they are shopping among alternatives and/or getting competing offers, is actually just dealing with a series of disguised JGW alter-egos.
www.321Henderson.com remains registered (according to WhoIs) directly in the JGW's name. "WhoIs" listing for www.structuredsettlementalliance.com shows it registered to none other than www.DMIPartners.com (JGW's web marketing firm — you've already written about their work for JGW). Tracking codes embedded in www.AmericasNoteBuyer.com source code shows links to www.dmipartners.com as well. The same with www.FSGerard.com And, as you've reported with www.settlemoneynow.net, the toll free numbers all trigger call-backs from JGW
A couple of amusing excerpts from these sites (keeping in mind that they are all JGW alter-egos):
From www.321henderson.com:
"Our firm is unique in the structured settlement industry – 321 Henderson has no retail sales division."
And from www.structuredsettlementalliance.com (which purports to assist consumers by directing to them to the best funder among an array of select partners)
"By filling out the short form, a qualified representative will .,..match you with up with one of our select partners …Please note that all of your information is confidential, and will not be shared with anyone outside of the SSA's select partner group."
