Another ELNY Liquidation victim with a structured settlement who facing a benefit reducton writes:
"Hello. I am one of those victims in the ELNY mess. I am going to lose 53% of my income. This situation has led to many countless tears and sleepless nights. I have already suffered as a result of the personal injury. Now my three minor children and myself will suffer financially to the point where the income deficit is going to put us in the food stamp line, literally. What is going to
happen to my family as a result of ELNY's greed is an absolute travesty?".
Clear information about the Hardship Fund needs to be disseminated to ELNY victims NOW, or as soon as possible.
As tough as it is, if you are a structured settlement broker or settlement planner who believes in its product. and even if, like me, you never wrote any ELNY business, you should consider being there to provide compassion and to help wipe the tears of these people.
