The Battle of Antietam also known as the Battle of Sharpsburg, fought on September 17, 1862, near Sharpsburg, MD and Antietam Creek as part of the Maryland Campaign, was the first major battle in the American Civil War to take place on Union soil. It is the bloodiest single-day battle in American history, with a combined tally of dead, wounded, and missing at 22,717.  Some have said that it was strategic victory for the Union and others say the results were inconclusive. Yet it had significance as enough of a victory to give Abraham Lincoln the confidence to announce his Emancipation Proclamation, which discouraged the British and French governments from potential plans for recognition of the Confederacy.  {source: Wikipedia]

The Battle About Antietam of 2014-2015 Has Begun

Upon information and belief, Antietam Call Center is a business service that was used to process leads from structuredsettlement-quotes(dot)com.

On March 6, 2012 Nicholas John Jackson, an Annapolis Missouri resident who was working as a contractor or subcontractor for one or more factoring companies   captured a screen shot of his employer's Outlook mailbox. He then provided a copy of that screenshot to me after he reached out to me, unsolicited,  several times between May 24, 2012 and May 26, 2012.

That screen shot  clearly shows that email was going to Roger@genexcapital.com and boris@genexcapital.com,  corresponding to Genex Capital and Genex Strategioes, inc. head honcho Roger Proctor and his Chief Operating Officer Boris Drubetsky. Shortly after providing the screen shot to me, Jackson became a contractor for Genex Strategies, Inc.

A discovery battle has ensured in Woodbridge Structured Funding v Genex Capital, Genex Strategies, Inc, and SSQ pending in CT District Court. The Genex Defendants are trying to limit discovery to information relevant to sructured settlement factoring transactions concluded in Connecticut and Woodbridge is obviously opposed.

Will the Battle About Antietam prove to be bloody for Genex, or will it be "Merry"?

Bloody Mary

Postscript

Following the June 2015 conclusion of a lawsuit against Genex Capital, Genex Strategies and SSQ in CT Federal Court, Genex Capital came out of the closet about its ownership of SSQ website.
