One of the best free structured settlement calculators out there. Use it to determine a “down and dirty” present value of level future cash flows. There are a variety of different payment modes,such as monthly,quarterly,semi-annually and annually, as well as every so many weeks,months, or years. Easy to use, comes with helpful instructions if you need them. While you can calculate PV of a lump sums or a stream of payments, you have to do multiple calculations if pricing out more than one cash flow. Does not handle PV of cash flows with COLAs.
The voice on the overview is dated, unnatural sounding but tolerable in small doses. One wonders why TimeValue has not made an update to a natural sounding voice.

At the time of posting, the Fairfield Funding “structured settlement calculator” page has lots of preamble but no input or output and ahem, no calculator. And by the way, Bara Goldstein’s name on the Fairfield Funding “calculator” page that has no calculator, displays what appear to be the bio of a former employee who appears to have actually been with another company for more than 2 years. According to a March 2024 press release by Delray Beach based DRB Capital, the subject former employee was named Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of DRB Capital in March 2024, having been its In-House Counsel for 2 years. DRB Capital Appoints Amanda Dobanton as Chief Compliance Officer and Promotion to General Counsel
Furthermore Bara Goldstein’s name appears with a hyphen to the former employee’s name when viewed on July 7, 2024 at time of posting and on status check on August 9, 2024. Hmm, why?
