In 2014, Richard and Kimberly Muszynski discovered that between $250,000 and $350,000 had gone missing from their daughter Abagayle’s trust fund, managed by the now-bankrupt Center for Special Needs Administration, Inc. Instead of spending their precious time with their daughter, they were forced to fight to recover what was rightfully hers, according to WFLA News 8 reports.
In February 2024, Centers for Special Needs Administration, Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy after reportedly discovering founder Leo Govoni loaned himself $100 million over more than a decade and never repaid it.

“We uncovered this 10 years ago and tried to get every law enforcement agency involved so this didn’t happen and the FBI just completely failed,” Richard told WFLA News’ 8 On Your Side.

“It’s heartbreaking,” Kimberly adds. “It’s disgusting.”
