Leadlst “Delaware Head Office” Doesn’t Check Out

The Abacco Technology LLC website purports to have a head office in Wilmington Delaware USA. However, when I contacted the owner of the company that was actually at that purported address on February 23, 2024, Abacco Technology LLC was not registered there. Furthermore, a search of the Abacco Technology LLC on the  Delaware Division of Corprations website shows no such company registered in Delaware.
