Joseph E. Gargan, Jr was granted compassionate release from prison in October 2022. Gargan abused  the trust placed in him by the United States by purloining millions from the United States government and its taxpayers, money that was intended for injury victims, many of them minors and additional funds from a  Westchester County New York hospital meant  for a minor’s settlement.  

Concurrent with his release Gargan filed a Bivens claim against certain Federal Governmment Employees he ecountered in prison.

The Bivens claim was dismissed January 9, 2024 for lack of prosecution. See Gargan Bivens Claim Dismissed for Lack of prosecuton 1-9-2024 

While Gargan was noted as paying off some of the money he embezzled from the Westchester New York hospital, Gargan still owes due commissions to brokers that were previously affiliated with The Pension Company.

One such broker has an unpaid judgment against Gargan and is owed hundreds of thousands of dollars in commisssions. What happened to that money and when will the debt be paid?
