Counsel for Park Agency, Inc., the family office of the descendants of Joseph P and Rose F. Kennedy have refuted the attribution of a letter addressed to Judge Rossie Alston (E.D.-VA) in support of the now convicted felon Joseph E. Gargan, Jr. to Mrs. Robert F. Kennedy

The September 30, 2020 letter to Judge Alston, states ” From press clippings and public filings we have become aware of a letter addressed to you filed as part of the above-captioned matter. The letter is purported to come from Mrs. Kennedy. We believe that any attribution to Mrs. Kennedy is mistaken. Mrs. Kennedy , her children, and her administrative staff were not aware of the letter until reading it in the case file”.
