Counsel for the Park Agency, Inc., the family office of the descendants of Joseph P. and Rose F. Kennedy have refuted the attribution of a letter addressed to Judge Rossie Alston in support of the now convicted felon Joseph Edward Gargan, Jr. to Mrs. Robert F. Kennedy.
The September 30, 2020 letter to Judge Alston, states " From press clippings and public filings we have become aware of a letter addressed to you filed as part of the above-captioned matter. The letter is purported to come from Mrs. Kennedy. We believe that any attribution to Mrs. Kennedy is mistaken. Mrs. Kennedy , her children, and her administrative staff were not aware of the letter until reading it in the case file".
