That’s not a structured settlement solution, it’s a liquidity solution that comes at a heavy price.
The company, whose ad does not reveal its name, claims to be “fast-growing company in the structured settlement/annuity space”. They claim to provide solutions for people with a financial need and interest in selling their structured settlements or annuities. So the claim to provide structured settlement solutions is a slippery attempt at legitimacy. How many of this pennies on the dollar cash now pushers hold professional licenses in the State of Florida , or anywhere else where they are trying to “defrock” annuitants of their tax free structured settlement “couture”?
