Seneca One LLC Sued by Ex-President Michael Croxson

Seneca One, LLC has been sued by Michael Croxson its former President who was recently let go.  The breach of contract lawsuit, filed November 30, 2015 in the Maryland Circuit Court for Montgomery County  [Case 412216V], comes on the heels of reports in the Baltimore Sun that Seneca One was being inveigled by a Maryland Attorney General investigation into the possible connections between so-called independent professional advisers and companies, like Seneca One, LLC that solicit structured settlement annuitants to sell their structured settlement payments rights.
