"Harry Singh", a resident of Canada, who got into an accident in Canada "a few months ago" was apparently offered a settlement in record time, from which he apparently accepted a really great settlement in the form of periodic payments "when he really wanted a single sum" and so he went to Genex, took 3 takes for his "testimonial" about Genex and Mr. Roger (Proctor ).
Mr. Singh's pallid demeanor in the grainy videos is more reminiscent of that of a victim about to be beheaded (missing only the hovering masked executioner) and awaiting his fate. He does not appear confident or genuine in his "testimony". He appears scripted, constantly glancing downward.
The serious credibility problem with Mr. Singh's "testimonial" , uploaded to YouTube on June 22, 2011 is that our sources tell us that one cannot sell structured settlements in Canada. Even Jeremy Biberdorf, the author of Modest Money and a former Genex Strategies, Inc/ Genex Capital/ StructuredSettlement-Quotes.com SEO consultant Setember 2012-July 2014, admitted January 10, 2013 in the comments to his article Why Would Someone Sell A Structured Settlement" that " it's actually not available in Canada…" (emphasis added)
The videos are uploaded to the YouTube account of mrRaywills, whose only 3 uploads are the 3 takes of the suspect testimonial.
See for yourself. It's remarkable that all 3 takes are posted to YouTube.
