Access Funding, a Chevy Chase MD company that purchases structured settlement payment rights, has been circulating information about its “NSSTA Financial Solutions Program” that falsely implies that it has a “dedicated internal NSSTA staff to insure the highest level of customer service”.
I have confirmed with the NSSTA president that Access Funding DOES NOT have the imprimatur of NSSTA and Access Funding DOES NOT have the permission of NSSTA to use its name and goodwill hock its services to anyone.
The National Structured Settlements Trade Association expressly denounced Access Funding
NSSTA: “Please be aware that Access Funding is NOT a member of NSSTA, and any products they are offering are not recognized or authorized by NSSTA”
NSSTA attorneys are looking at the matter according to our sources.
