Fairfield Funding lead generation arm Einstein Structured Settlements claims that "Structured Settlement-Quotes.com  ("SSQ") is now a former company of Genex Strategies, Inc., a company associated with 'Roger Proctor, Boris Drubetsky and SEO Specialist Jeremy Biberdorf" . Thanks guys, we already knew that those three Canadians from the Vancouver area were associated with SSQ, like 2 years ago!

Einstein/ Fairfield Funding claims that SSQ  is Genex Strategies, Inc former "company web site" in favor of Cash Future Payments is suspect or naive, in that it fails to recognize that Genex Strategies, Inc.controls many websites and that "the company website" is actually genexcapital.com.

SSQ was created by SEO Andrew Cravenho in 2007 and was held out as an exchange or online bidding platform where buyers compete for a seller's business.  Cravenho's interest was sold to Genex  in or about November 2011 and the website has continued to be held out in the same way.  Contrary to the transparency of ownership that has been show in some of the more recently introduced Genex Strategies, Inc. websites, there is plenty of evidence that steps were taken to conceal Proctor, Drubetsky and Genex involvment in SSQ, including but not limited to a written outright denial by Drubetsky using his Genex email even after being confronted with data that showed he was hosting the site as well as the alteration of records with the Connecticut Better Business Bureau when I highlighted that Boris Drubetsky was listed as President and Roger Proctor the sales contactin May 2012.

Since 2012, questions have been raised about the legitimacy of the SSQ online bidding platform, including but not limited to whether it really is a free bidding system or something that's simply a way to funnel business to a Genex Capital, or a related entity

During 2012 and before, there is evidence that David Springer was associated with SSQ. Springer admitted under oath in a legal proceeding, to certain business practices, that could be described as intentionally deceptive.  We have also reported of many more, including but not limited to redirect/brandjack/cloaking schemes, admitted fabrications, that came out in testimony, that were used in social media to endorse other fabricated characters and Better Business Bureau report featuring only fictional characters as well as:

  1. A testimonial that has appeared on the SSQ website praises one of the fictional characters that David Springer admitted to in his June 28, 2013 deposition, James Spelling.
  2. A screenshot provided to me by an informant who worked for both Sovereign Funding Group and Genex Strategies, Inc. showed just Springer,  Proctor and Drubetsky on the SSQ distribution list from its Antietam call center.

Upon information and belief Roger Proctor/Genex invested a substantial amount of money to buy out Cravenho, purportedly hundreds of thousands of dollars, for a website that, at or about the time it was acquired, was at the top of its game dominating search engine results. Now SSQ is foundering, according to Alexa, with two-thirds of its visitors comprised of those connected to the site who go to check webmail. 71% of its visitors are from Canada, useless visitors because Canada does not permit structured settlement transfers.

SSQ has been promoted using an aggressive brandjacking strategy that included matching the word combination "structured settlement quotes" with the name of virtually every insurance company, clearly designed to capture the attention of anyone looking for structured settlement quotes.  What made it bizarre is that the list included insurance companies that did not have anything to do with structured settlements.

SSQ was also promoted using hundreds and, in one case, thousands of spam wordpress theme links targeted to dubious "complaint" pages of certain competitors on the SSQ website. The competitors singled out included JG Wentworth/Peachtree and Woodbridge,. We exposed that story in January 2013. The competitors who were singled out both sued David Springer and Sovereign Funding Group in 2011.  Woodbridge is involved in litigation with Genex in Arizona, with a time frame in 2013  coinciding with the web spam.  The Woodbridge-Genex lawsuit in AZ  (as well as the suit against Springer and Sovereign) is ongoing.
