Judge Garbis’ March 5, 2014 Order permitting David Springer’s counsel to withdraw, due to the Mt. Airy, MD resident’s deadbeat status, said in pertinent part:
“…2. Defendant Springer shall, by March 28, 2014
either have successor counsel enter his/her
appearance or file a statement that he intends to
proceed pro se in the defense of this case.
3. If Defendant Springer complies with ¶ 2, the
case shall proceed pursuant to existing scheduling.
4. If Defendant Springer does not comply with ¶ 2,
a default judgment shall be entered against him.”
Mt. Airy, MD resident David Springer, has gone through two high priced law firms and now is acting as his own lawyer. A Fiverr actress named whose characters include Old Bitty Grandma and Mean Millie Mouthoff called it, way back in 2011. Wow!
Sovereign Funding Group Ad posted on YouTube, promoted David Springer as a lawyer. But David Springer did not have a law degree and wasn’t a member of the bar
- Here’s a head-scratcher:
- Springer’s notice to the Court has made Sovereign Funding Group vanish like a magician’s rabbit
- Maybe the Court decided that Sovereign Funding and David Springer are just two names for the same person.
- But wait—according to the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland, whose listing Springer himself admitted last June to controlling, Sovereign Funding Group is actually a limited liability company with eight employees.
- Apparently, they’re all really good at hide-and-seek.
Trial has been re-scheduled to begin June 9, 2014 at the United States District Court in Baltimore, Maryland.
