Typical of the needless structured settlement social media road kill that I have documented has promoted Genex Capital properties, in promoting StructuredSettlement-quotes.com, Burnaby BC  SEO specialist and author of Modest Money, Jeremy Biberdorf published this doozy in January 2013.

"These days when someone is awarded a cash settlement in a lawsuit, it is rare to receive a lump sum" Huh?

The excerpt from the blog post "Why Someone Would Sell a Structured Settlement" by Jeremy Biberdorf, features 3 hyperlinks links pointing to and thereby promoting structuredsettlement-quotes(dot)com.  With that example, there's no need to go any further into BIberdorf's post.

Another example of a Genex Capital property being promoted with blatant social media road kill  (though not from Biberdorf) can be found on a Blogger site "Hombre". Between August 25, 2010 and May 20, 2012 a single blog post was used to make 191 spam comments promoting Genex Capital. The comments promoting Genex Capital are pure key word stuffing spam designed to game the search engines. I'm not making this stuff up. See for yourself by clicking the link to the pdf above and scrolling thorugh the pages and pages of  BS. Now the Wreck Beach skinny dipping event is coming up July 12th.  Genex Capital has been sponsoring that event for several years. It would be interesting to see in what shape Roger Proctor shows up.

Also see Genex Capital "in Serious Car Accident" But The Math Doesn't Work"  , my blog post of May 21, 2012.  The subject spam blog post was removed after we drew attention to it, but the blog itself is still there, as well as other spam blogs for example genex-capital.blogspot.com which features spam comments from 2013 that have been used to promote other purported Genex Capital  properties such as quotemeaprice(dot)com and structuredsettlement-quotes (dot)com.

The upshot of all this is that United States Federal, State and local regulators need to become aware of how what their inaction to require licensing of individuals and companies that solicit American consumers in the structured settlement secondary market.  Is it permissible for any company to use fake testimonials in its advertising?  I recently exposed how another company, DRB Capital and its predecessor Imperial Structured Settlements portray a stock photo as one its customers. Yet another secondary market denizen, David Springer of Sovereign Funding Group has admitted in a deposition to the outrageous falsehoods of creating and using fake identities, fake Linkedin profiles, fake Google + and submitting fake information to the Better Business Bureau and being an imposter for his wife.
