Between May 24-26 2012, following the termination of Jackson and Kathryn Sias' engagement with Sovereign Funding Group, Jackson made an unsolicited approach and voluntary disclosures concerning the businesses of David Springer and Roger Proctor, to yours truly, as partially set forth in Document 18 for John Darer v John Does 1-25 United States District Court District of Connecticut, a lawsuit commenced March 14, 2012 after vile and defamatory websites appeared concerning yours truly in or about February 2012.
Concurrent with the time Jackson made the voluntary disclosures about the businesses of Proctor and Springer, including irrelevant information concerning Mr. Proctor's and Mr. Springer's private life, he approached Roger Proctor directly, trashed Springer and Sias professionally and convinced Genex Strategies, Inc. to hire him. At the time of his hire by Genex Strategies, Inc. it is unclear whether Jackson disclosed to Roger Proctor that he had already divulged information about Proctor's businesses.
During the course of his time with Genex Strategies, Inc., Nicholas John Jackson made images of correspondence between him and Boris Drubetsky and Roger Proctor which he later voluntarily shared, persistent in reaching out in December 2012 and January 2013, after his circumstances with Genex changed. Those unsolicited and voluntary disclosures by Nick Jackson indicate that Roger Proctor had knowledge of when content was due to be posted and may have had involvement in one or more of the defamatory sites that appeared during 2012 based on other evidence gathered.
Concurrent with the time of this activity, Genex Capital was installed as a member of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers (NASP) in or about August 2012. Not suggesting that NASP had knowledge of, was supportive of, or involved in, the
defamatory activity, but the timing is ironic.
Nick Jackson was subpoenaed in the John Doe action to appear for a deposition in early September 2012. Howard Tuttle and Jeffrey Kolansky, Partners of the Philadelphia law firm of Archer & Greiner, known to this author to represent Roger Proctor, the CEO of Vancouver based Genex Capital, interceded on behalf of Jackson, believed to be paid for by a Genex entity with respect to the September 2012 deposition in the John Doe action, which Jackson did not attend, purportedly due to double pneumonia which he suddenly developed after our attorneys rode the first hurdle placed in their way.
According to Court records, on or about October 25, 2012 Jackson was subpoenaed in the Woodbridge action to appear for a deposition on November 27, 2012 and did not show up, necessitating that Woodbridge file a motion to compel in the Eastern District of Missouri. A few months earlier Jackson was charged with domestic violence. Nick Jackson was later deposed, just prior to the close of discovery in the Woodbridge case, at the end of June 2013 in St. Francois County, Missouri Jail while serving his second incarceration in 6 months. He was previously incarcerated from late January 2013-March 2013 for unknown reasons

On December 18, 2012, 240pm EST, after several attempts to contact me, Nicholas Jackson left me a
voice mail in which he stated he had relatively pertinent information that I would find useful and
would no longer be off the record.
On December 21, 2012 Jackson emailed with the title 'David (Springer) Update"
On December 21, 2012 Jackson emailed that he 'drained his savings through the year (2012) over
these asses" (Genex). He went on to state, in writing:
"I'd (jackson) found one of the screenshots from where I (Jackson) had showed them the https thing
in results. It was showing up randomly as it had an issue. That, Boris'(Drubetsky) comment on that forum,
David's that Roger must have issued the release he did about it because someone told him
it'd do the SEO good, capped off with statement after statement conflicting the other
and illustrating they run SSQ...should made a nice blog'
[Note: Both Roger Proctor and Boris Drubetsky each denied, the latter lying in
writing, that they had anything to do with SSQ, that purports to be an online bidding platform in
which buyers compete. Jackson had first hand knowledge since he worked on SSQ]
"I'm going to pull out as quickly as possible and then SSQ better watch out. They're not going to stand a chance. This market deserves better.
Something needs to change. How many people have been bullied and pushed to the side or robbed blind…."
Jackson goes on to state regarding Roger Proctor and Genex Capital
"It won't stop. They're petty, greedy, and arrogant. I'm going to go shot off the same offer to two more people that know about Roger going to sue me'.
On December 24, 2012 Nick Jackson published a blog post on The DenverAttorneys.com blog in which he muses of Sovereign Funding Group's "office" at a a Rockville MD UPS store mailbox.
Speaking of David Springer, Nicholas Jackson wrote:
"2012 was another chaotic year for the structured settlement secondary market. One particular ‘buyer’ has claimed to not own and operate their business after getting entangled in a series of lawsuits stemming from sites they created about other players in the industry…. If you are selling your payment stream to any company engaging in such selling tactics, that’s Money out of YOUR pocket.
Contrast with the November 7, 2013 email, where Nicholas Jackson was concerned about
reassuring Roger Proctor and David Springer about his June 2013 jailhouse deposition testimony
in the Woodbridge case.

On January 14, 2013, Nicholas Jackson referred to Roger Proctor and David Springer in writing
as "scam artists' and "common thieves" while sharing a business email of Structured Settlement Quotes (SSQ)
from Andrew Cravenho, the former face of SSQ, that was copied to David Springer and Roger Proctor of Genex Capital
On the same day Jackson stated his intent in writing that by the end of 2013 that he planned on "smashing and grabbing Genex's traffic"
Contrast with the November 7, 2013 email, where Nicholas Jackson was concerned about
reassuring Roger Proctor and David Springer about his June 2013 jailhouse deposition testimony
in the Woodbridge case.

On January 15, 2013, Nicholas Jackson sent me correspondence about a press release he was issuing
which stated
“'… I've seen firsthand the extent certain entities in this industry go to to
brand hijack, manipulated
BBB records, defame anyone that speaks out, and I'm sick of it. They're still around, and still claiming
to be honest reliable sources to turn to in your time of need….' (emphasis added).
On his Linked In profile Nicholas Jackson lists Sovereign Funding Group. He also worked for
Genex Strategies, Inc. What else and where else has he "seen first hand"?

On January 16,2013, Nicholas Jackson referred to Roger Proctor in writing, as a
"small time
brandjacking "f**k". Regarding Roger Proctor and David Springer he stated in writing "personally til
they're all out of this industry or begging for deals I (Jackson) won't be happy. More companies
need to confront them."
Contrast with the November 7, 2013 email where Nicholas Jackson was concerned about
reassuring Roger Proctor and David Springer about his June 2013 jailhouse deposition
testimony in the Woodbridge case.

On January 17, 2013, Nicholas Jackson also made an unsolicited and voluntary disclosure of
several emails between November 26 and November 28, 2012 that were
communications between David Springer and his former attorney, Michael Cryan of
Arent Fox,concerning the Woodbridge case, that Jackson had in his possession. It was unclear
how he obtained it. It seems like a big leap from May 2012 when Jackson stated he would
never deal with David Springer or his ilk.In December 2012, Nick Jackson admitted in writing
that David Springer addressed him (Jackson)as a 'felone(sic), lier (sic) and a scammer"
and shared his response to Springer, Jackson asking Springer how it felt being Roger Proctors' B…ch" before composing himself.
Was there a window when David Springer sought the counsel of Nicholas Jackson? How did Nick Jackson obtain those emails?

In or about January 2013, the subject of Roger Proctor and Genex Capital's business practices, related
to the defamation websites came up in a discussion between Nicholas Jackson and a principal of a structured settlement factoring company
in Florida. I learned of the conversation from a third party in the business who was told the story and gave me Nick Jackson's name
as a possible source of information. i obviously already knew who he was. I confirmed his conversation with Jackson with
the Florida company principal at that time.
It is clear from his November 7, 2013 email that Nick Jackson had knowledge that Roger Proctor,
David Springer and their respective businesses were connected.
I'm sure there's an explanation in there somewhere.
