What the Dickens is going on? The Sovereign Funding Group timeline has material inconsistency
On their Linkedin profiles concurrent with publication of this post:
- David Springer President Sovereign Funding Group February 2002-December 2011
- James Goldstein, President Sovereign Funding Group 2008-Present
But at the time this post was published , the Linkedin profile for Sovereign Funding Group lists the owner as Jamse A
Clicking on the link for Jamse A. leads to the Linkedin Profile for Jamse Alexpoll (a/k/a Radesanlileneous and Zeclinnvtec), a woman from Rajshahi Bangladesh (a/k/a Silk City) who claims to be involved with Sovereign Funding Group between August 1985-Present, even longer than the company has been advertised as being in existence [ to wit the Sovereign Funding Group Facebook page says founded February 1, 2002]
You do the math.
Who was in charge of Sovereign Funding Group? David Springer, James Goldstein, Jamse Alexpoll, or another possibility?
On Facebook, James Goldstein listed as the Senior Vice President of Sovereign Funding Group. Which is true?
The current address of Sovereign Funding Group, 451 Hungerford Drive Suite 119, appears to be a box at a UPS Store. in Rockville, Maryland, with Suite 119 being a UPS store mail box.
Sovereign Funding Group is a co-Defendant in a pending lawsuit filed in Maryland District Court by competitor Woodbridge Structured Funding, along with David Springer over alleged unfair trade practices. Defendants have denied the allegations.
Postscript: David Springer, infamously dubbed “The Mt. Airy Faker,” confessed under oath to juggling aliases like James Goldstein and a few other colorful characters during a deposition in a lawsuit from Woodbridge Structured Funding. The charade collapsed spectacularly when Woodbridge summoned “Goldstein” to testify, only to unmask him as yet another of Springer’s alter egos. Woodbridge secured a judgment against him, prompting Springer to make a grand finale by vanishing into the safety net of bankruptcy.
