Kathryn Sias mad at “giant structured settlement companies” coming after her client
Kathryn Sias was pissed at giant structured settlement companies coming after her client, Sovereign Funding Group, which has recently been the subject of a pair of lawsuits by competitors Woodbridge Structured Funding and J.G. Wentworth. Neither Sias’ client or these companies is a structured settlement company
On January 29, 2012 she wrote “Well it’s my turn. I’m not a raving maniac either but I’m dramatic as hell and I love to write. You’re going to find out who Kathryn Sias is right this minute”. Shouldn’t a self-described “country girl from St. Louis with 30 years experience” be more familiar with spell check than is demonstrated?
Shouldn’t a writer who describes herself in the above linked video as a “small town country girl from St. Louis” with 30 years experience be more familiar with spell check than is demonstrated?
Sias Spelled Properly
- Rebuttle…should have been Rebuttal
- Trys…should have been Tries
- Wreck Havoc…should have been Wreak Havoc
- Hand-Full…should have been Handful
- In the disclaimer accompanying the video Sias apologetically states she “not trying to be too much a “witch” and further states “Kathryn Sias is totally responcible for the content” of her article.

Postscript
On March 31, 2015, David Springer, also known as the Mt. Airy Faker, was hit with a judicial finding in the Woodbridge lawsuit, holding him personally liable. Ms. Sias’ former client had apparently been promoting Sovereign Funding Group, a company so questionable that Maryland judge Marvin Garbis called it a “purported company”—because, surprise, it allegedly didn’t even exist!
