The recent LBN debate between Darer and Bracy is part of an ongoing and healthy dialogue between elements of the primary and secondary structured settlement market which has led to a settlement planning solution innovation. This debate follows a November 2010 primary market panel discussion at the National Association of Settlement Purchasers annual meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada that included settlement planner and Structured Settlement Watchdog John Darer, insurance company lawyer Peter Vodola, Craig Lessner of Peachtree, Patrick Hindert of S2KM, Tim Morbach and Richard B Risk Jr of The Risk Law Firm.
