Are you a leader or a follower? Because, the latest tasteless boundary pushing Woodbridge Structured Funding sales pitch is "If you are interested in jumping on the bandwagon to get cash now for your regular payments…. visit their website to learn more". 

Listen folks, hopping on the Woodbridge "bandwagon" could mean a 'highway to hell" as you trade financial security for a discounted amount of cash. Woodbridge Structured Funding has no cachet. There is no elevated social status to be gained by doing business with Woodbridge Structured Funding. The ship IS NOT leaving the dock. The train IS NOT leaving the station.  " Great Scott", in this case perhaps I should invoke a paraphrase of a classic Mel Brooks' line, "May the Schwartz NOT Be With You!"

You are free to sell your structured settlement payments, if a court approves the transaction as being in your best interest (and that of your dependents), but in my opinion, stay away from any company that irresponsibly refers to hocking your payment rights for a DISCOUNTED amount of cash as "a bandwagon".
