The advertisement on a cash now pusher website called NoMoreWaiting.Com claims that NoMoreWaiting.Com is "a member in good standing of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers".

    As you can see the website  has a toll free number, but no address, no "About Us" tab. A call to the toll free number by this author reveals that NoMoreWaiting.com is a simply front for Novation Capital.

    Due to the pathetic lack of regulation to protect consumers in this regard, Robin Marc Shapiro and company have no motivation to identify the legal name of the company up front. This legal loophole has already been masterfully exploited by JG Wentworth with its Sybil-esque collection of "alter egos".
