J.G. Wentworth Spammed Me for “Cash Now”

Having received an email from J.G. Wentworth soliciting my business, I was surprised to see the message that “J.G. Wentworth sends these messages to their customers”

and furthermore that the email was in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act!
Rest assured I have never been a customer of J.G. Wentworth and the only “Act” that CAN-SPAM conjures up in this case is:
