Does "qualified" refer to some special academic qualifications as the name also suggests?

If so, what are they?

Does it refer to a professional specialty within a specialty where one only works with tax qualified damages which are excludable under IRC 104(a)(1) and 104(a)(2)?

If so, does that mean the "qualified settlement planner" DOES NOT advise on solutions with punitive damages, employment cases, pre and post judgment interest and the rest of the universe of litigation in litigation involving taxable damages?

Does it refer to someone with an expertise in Qualified Settlement Funds?

"Qualified Settlement Planning" is a non-existent term was recently found on an settlement planner's website. Folks, let's avoid using ambiguous terms or marketing jargon that appear to have no substance.
