No sooner had the "thieves" been nabbed with 4structures' content. this author discovered that Preferred Settlements USA and Steve Dodge got caught by the "hip waders". In addition to blogging about it, this author let Steve Dodge know and the hosting company (see below)
Please note that in our experience the domain registrar GoDaddy.com disclaimed responsibility because the DNS resides with the hosting company. As you can see from the below, the hosting company seems to turf it back to the domain registrar.
The hosting company says it will suspend sites that violate their terms of service…a good thing. Nevertheless, in these days where domain registrars such as Godaddy.com offer private registrations for nominal cost, that will cost victims thousands in legal fees to bust through, knowledge of remedy available to victims of phishing through the Digital Millennium Copyright Act is well worth it. If you can provide conclusive evidence of infringing content what hosting company wants to be held in?

The situation appears to be resolved as to our ticket although my attorneys may be in touch for the contact information of the owners of the website. The whois records are inconsistent with the name of person whose Voicemail is at the end of the phone.Furthermore your customers appear to have phished another website in our industry, Preferred Settlements USA. Expect to hear from the owners of the legitmate site in due course. I have given them your name.
