Here’s a great example of how to ruin the public trust in your law firm through poor strategic thinking.
First I receive a solicitation from a Tennessee law firm I’ve never heard of, Buxton law Firm in Oak Ridge, TN.Download buxton_law_firm_factoring_solicitation.pdf
The Buxton Law firm website clearly states "Buxton Law Firm is a civil litigation firm located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee,
emphasizing representation of parties in personal injury, wrongful death, and
workers’ compensation claim (sic.).
Do the "Oak Ridge Boys" do personal injury and wrongful death for tort victims by day and help "cash now pushers" by night? Or is it the other way around? Or do they do both at the same time?

I don’t know these lawyers. Besides being singularly unimpressed with the lack of research they did on my company (which would have saved them a postage stamp and this bad press), I find such two-timing despicable, an utter disgrace for a firm run by a former Bar Association President.
These AV rated "sharks" who would feed the "hyenas" don’t even disclose this business practice on their web site.
Even if they are not factoring their own cases, in my opinion there’s a repellent stench wafting from the Smokys all the way up and over the Mason Dixon line.
