Structured settlement broker and NSSTA member Judson "Jack" Caddy, Jr. attended the JG Wentworth Structured Settlement "Thought Leadership Conference on June 17, 2008.
The NSSTA issued a memorandum to all its members this week which stated that "NSSTA's mission is to promote the use of structured settlements to provide long-term financial security to injured people and NSSTA opposes any activities that undermine this mission, including factoring".

However, there is nothing on the website of Settlement Solutions of America that discloses this activity to the public. WHY? WHERE"S THE TRANSPARENCY?
Shouldn't members of the NSSTA ask their company management as well as the Board of NSSTA how the activities of NSSTA members Jack Caddy and Patrick Hindert align with NSSTA's mission statement? The Executive Director, the current President, 3 past Presidents and former Board members of the NSSTA are in Montreal at the EPS Settlements Group meeting. Perhaps EPS members should get the ball rolling on that one.
