State and Federal regulators should enforce the truth in advertising laws and require such advertisers to disclose what they actually do in "come on" ads. Where is the "cash now" reference?

What is happening now just enriches Google and Novation Capital, but frustrates a consumer looking to set up a structured settlement.

At this point the remedy for consumers seeking structured settlements and seeing the above Novation Capital ad is to simply IGNORE.
