It has come to my attention today that at or around 4pm on Sunday October 28, 2007, while I was en route from London, Patrick 
Hindert ("Hindert") has sent an email to two or more people with a link to a post which contained the disparaging statement and false allegation that I "promote, condone and participate in the unauthorized practice of law".
At or around 458am on Monday October 29, 2007 such content was removed. This author has evidence of the "Patrick Hindert email alert" to the two people. In this author's personal experience Hindert uses a personal email alert to increase his readership whenever he has a new post. Therefore it is the belief of this author that Hindert sent the email and the link to the disparaging post to others.
Unless Mr. Hindert can supply evidence (not rhetoric) that at 4pm on Sunday October 28, 2007 he possessed absolute proof, to support all of the elements of his disparaging statement and allegation, no later than November 1, 2007 then, Patrick Hindert will have admitted that he had no absolute proof when he made the disparaging statement and allegation and that Patrick Hindert is an out and out liar with NO PERSONAL OR EDITORIAL CREDIBILTY.
