Given the amount of personal information that is requested online by structured settlement companies and factoring companies, I’m amazed that in many cases this being collected without a secure form (URL starts with https:// or has an observable lock image on the web page) and a posted privacy policy. Giving personal information online, without confirming that the form is secure and without knowing how your information will be used is NOT a sensible course of action.

Who are you working with and what do they have? 
The above question should be an important question whether you are a plaintiff, plaintiff lawyer, trial lawyer association with paid "business partner", defendant, defense lawyer, insurer, insurance adjuster, TPA or existing structured settlement recipient (see below).
A number of factoring companies ("cash now") falsely advertise that they give structured settlement quotes. Some have lamely tried to justify it by saying that they give quotes on structured settlements not for structured settlements. The fact is that they are giving a quote for cash to be paid in exchange for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights. So, to set the record straight, those companies deliver a "rights quote" NOT the RIGHT structured settlement quote. Understand the difference!
That being said, a number of these structured settlement "fakers" are apparently using insecure forms and/or have no posted privacy statement and other third party comfort seals like TrustE or Hacker Safe.
