Looking at PBC excellent “sunshine law” features, the Clerk of Courts show Neuman & Benaim only having TRAFFIC Citations. There are no records for Imperial listed.
Now Terlizzi of Peachtree is showing 4 BBB complaints on file. Imperial None.
I wonder if that’s the reason Neuman and Beniam left the company.
**You mentioned once that Peachtree may be adding Benaim to a case for Non-compete. If someone is FIRED or LET GO – does a non-compete agreement exist with merit? Only if there was a severance with compensation – in my opinion.

Mike, in reviewing the docket number the 974 should be 9074. With respect to the BBB complaints the record shows as “unsatifactory” due to lack of response on 1 of the 4 complaints. The other 3 were apparently resolved. With respect to the suit in this post, if this was something minor it’s unlikely that a firm of the calibre of Boies Schiller & Flexner would be hired to defend.
