Much has been written about "the bovine contribution" to global warming, including this succinct explanation by the BBC. As I read the linked article I couldn’t help but noticing the parallels between these silly moos and some of the silly factoring companies, or structured settlement transfer companies, continual expulsions of gigabytes of Internet and TV "advertising methane" that I’ve done more than my fair share of highlighting. Such structured settlement transfer companies are harmful to the overall environment in the structured settlement industry, the settlement transfer industry itself and boy, do they create a stinky cloud that ever confuses the consumer! What can your Senator, Congressman, Secretary of State, or State Insurance Commissioner do about this?
The BBC states that "Cutting the gas would also be good news for farmers, because it’s thought if the animals aren’t burping and farting then they would be able to grow more quickly." Now if the offensive structured settlement transfer companies could be forced or they would voluntarily curtail their noxious advertising "expulsions" our industry and theirs would be able to grow even more quickly.
