OK I’ve come out a thousand miles an hour to barbeque #00051 so let’s get to the reasons that JImmy Wilson is not a credible expert.

Now think about this ladies and gentlemen, Jimmy Wilson the realtor from Gallatin TN, wants to sell you, conceptually, on the merit of "2 Tens for a 5," just like the old Abbott and Costello routine. Factoring companies buy the rights to cash flows…at a discount. Structured settlement companies are all about creation or placement of structured settlements not the destruction side.
