In my September post Structured Annuity Buyer Among Us I questioned exactly what Buffalo, NY and Georgia based Forge Consulting is doing in advertising in its Google Adsense pay per click ads that it is a "structured annuity buyer" . In that post I stated that its ad begs two questions.
I think the answer to the first question is now abundantly clearer, than say your nostrils would be after the ingesting Anchor Bar's "suicidal hot" wing sauce. The following links to the Google search terms "cash structured settlement" and "sell structured annuity" reveal the Forge pay per click ads have been modified to now state "Structured Annuity Buyer. Most cash paid…." (underlined for emphasis)

Once again in order to appear in the "pay per click" or sponsored ads you must complete the act of bidding on the specific key words.
A new question arises from the ad modification. Is Forge Consulting using its own capital to fund structured settlement factoring transactions as the ad implies?
I must say one has to marvel at how Forge Consulting has apparently been able to deal with the strict regulatory guidelines to be able to offer the services both stated and implied in its advertising.
