I thought that might get your attention (and hopefully that of some regulators and government agencies). Apparently so did a certain splogger who is about to be outted on this blog.
The offending splog called "Beheading settlement structured" is run by someone who I have already sent a notice of copyright infringement for using registered trade marks of my company, 4structures and who has also splogged another structured settlement firm, EPS Settlements Group and the National Structured Settlement Trade Association's ("NSSTA") Certified Structured Settlement Consultant ("CSSC") designation. The pusillanimous owner of www.ishpr.com whose email address, according to the whois record is scscot@gmail.com Telephone 3105551217 Address 538 Maple Los Angeles, CA 90057. The whois record for a related website synconsulting.com shows the following phone number 3106701212 at P.O. Box 1122 Culver City, CA 90056 US. I followed the telephone number for this lead and it led to the Fireside Bar and Grill 8522 Lincoln Blvd in LA. I reached the owner a few minutes ago and he disclaims any knowledge of this and claimed he is not even Internet savvy. So perhaps the information that the domain owner gave to the domain registrar is falsified? That's a good thing for a regulator or attorney general to know when we finally catch this person.
Let's expose this person for the tasteless dip shit that he or she is and make him or her an example. What a sad pathetic statement for America and the State of California (where this person is apparently located) when a business person seeks to profit on pay per click advertising which couples the heinous topic of beheading with a well respected industry which aims to provide injured parties have a more solid financial future.
If anyone out there on the Internet can identify the name, address and any information about the person who owns the splog or who belongs to the email address of scscot@gmail.com or svs@synconsulting.com or svs@svnconsulting.com please send me an email as soon as possible.
And whatever you do if you read any splog related to structured settlements that begins with www.ishpr.com do not click on any of the pay per click ads! And as tempting as it may be… do not enter any information in the Google Search at the bottom of the ishpr.com blog pages as that also feeds the profit that spreads the cancerous splog cells.
