Readers of my Structured Settlement Splog Dump segment are familiar with the proliferation of spam weblogs which I have dubbed the splog cancer disease. I am now aware that some sploggers have added the illegal use of registered trade marks of 4structures.com, LLC and others to their splogs. I can only speak for the former and deliver this very serious warning. STOP IT AND STOP IT NOW!
If you are a web site operator, search engine optimizer or a "get rich quick on pay per click" prick and you have been using trademarks, or copyrighted work of www.4structures.com to serve your profit purpose (pay per click ads or others) without the express written permission of 4structures.com, LLC or myself you should be prepared for litigation. Sploggers and web site who associate the good name and reputation of 4structures.com or this weblog with factoring or other activities that are not in line with our philosophy will be dealt with with exceptional vigor. Excuses such as "one of techies did it" and you have no knowledge will not fly. Save yourself some money and consider the ramifications to yourself, your families and your way of living.
I will also let offenders know that I make it my business to look after other structured settlement brokers and settlement planners who appear to be affected by your activities. I will inform others whose works appear to taken without their permission and educate them how to smoke you out.
If you do a hit and run website splog rest assured that your activities are being catalogued and archived. You cannot escape the unpleasantries coming to you if you don’t stop what you are doing.
And just so you people know what you are doing is hurting people like parents of a brain damaged child, a person who has lost his or her limb(s) because of a thoughtless drunk driver, a widow and surviving children of an air crash victim. These are people who want to and need to learn more about the structured settlement process and need accurate timely information. They are thwarted by your thoughtlessness.
