“Fresh Squeezed” in New York Supreme Court
$130,000 in Lump Sums for $30,000 today
Word has it that the “deal” heading to court is pretty shocking. It seems the seller of the structured settlement payment rights was about to trade two lump sums totaling $130,000 for a mere $30,000 with Peachtree! Talk about squeezing out every last penny!
Instead of the Society of Settlement Planners perhaps Peachtree should consider the “Sour Citrus Society”. Bleeccccch!
