Financial Articles weblog contains a new post by Jason Rigler , Marketing Director for Prosperity Partners, Inc. (a/k/a PPI Cash), which is a great improvement on previous offerings
Early last week I had a lengthy chat with the COO of Prosperity Partners, Inc., a factoring company that has been on this blog's radar screen since its inception.
The result of that conversation is what appears to be a better understanding, by Prosperity Partners, Inc., of the separate roles of the structured settlement industry and the factoring industry and the problems and confusion for consumers created by companies in the factoring industry through predatory advertising. Jason's article acknowledges the different roles.
I am pleased that Tom and Jason at Prosperity Partners, who told me that they read and enjoy this blog, have taken the first step to setting an example for the factoring industry. While clearly a single action does not make a habit, praise is due for their making the first move.
I would also like to thank Jason Rigler for printing an apology in relation to his "Structured Settlements Are Like Ants" article and agreeing to withdraw that article by the end of March 2006.
Now let's see some of the other factoring companies follow the advertising lead of Prosperity Partners.
