They SAID Cash NOW. Couldn’t Fund and Then Held Sellers Hostage to Contract

Another one of the nation's "cash now pushers" advertised "cash now" for structured settlement and then couldn't "get it up" when it counted leaving 20-30 annuitants hanging for over a year. During the "hang time" the "cash now pusher" would not let these poor folks out of their contract (by comparison one of our sources says even JG Wentworth let people out when they had trouble funding during their dark days).

Pulp GunsThe company is STILL advertising "cash now" under a new name. What does that say about a company's ethics?
