Structuredsettlement-quotes.com was,  upon information and belief, acquired by Genex Capital, Genex Strategies or one of the Roger Proctor led entities in 2011.  Yet more than three years after the control of the website was relinquished by Settlement Quotes, LLC and Andrew Cravenho in 2011, and more than two years since the SSQ website was revamped in early July 2012,  the website refers to "Settlement Quotes LLC"  news, but includes a November 2012 press release that refers to post-Cravenho SSQ and provides one more tie of Boris Drubetsky and Genex Capital to structuredsettlement-quotes.com

In addition the frequently asked questions section of the website refers to Settlement Quotes.

The Twitter page for SSQ uses " Settlement Quotes" with the SSQ logo as well as @setquotes and is making current tweets using Andrew Cravenho's company name despite Cravenho no longer controlling SSQ for over 3 years.  What's up with that?

There is a deceptive use of  Settlement Quotes LLC on LinkedIn as well. The LinkedIn profile has the post July 2012, post Cravenho,  SSQ logo, so what's up with that? Incredibly the Linkedin profile also uses the name Structured Settlements LLC in addition to Settlement Quotes LLC which is described as a "public company", otherwise known as a publicly traded company, implying that shares of the company are traded on an exchange like JGWPT Holdings, the parent of JG Wentworth and Peachtree.

Using Wall Street Journal's Marketwatch and a search of exchanges in the United States, Canada and elsewhere shows that there is no publicly traded company with the name Structured Settlements LLC, or Settlement Quotes LLC, as is being advertised on LinkedIn at time of publication. Jeremy Biberdorf, a NewWestminster BC area Internet Marketer known to have worked with Genex Strategies Inc. [ Download Jeremy Biberdorf _ Genex Strategies Inc _ ZoomInfo with Delaware address and Download Jeremy Biberdorf Genex Strategies SSQ-Genex Capital , lists SEO Manager of Structured Settlements LLC  Vancouver, CA area on his LinkedIn profile from September 2012 to July 2014.   On October 22, 2012 he is listed as the contact on a press release using the SSQ logo and referring to Structured Settlements Quotes Inc. with the same domain name as Structured Settlements LLC, the same domain that Andrew Cravenho and  Settlement Quotes LLC relinquished to Genex in 2011. On March 1, 2013,  records show that Biberdorf is associated with adding SSQ to an online directory owned by Robert Risk an affiliate of Settlement Planners Inc.

A look at the source code for the home page of the SSQ website contains a shocking discovery, that SSQ is using Settlement Quotes LLC as unique meta name on its home page.  What's up with that?

<link rel="next" href="/-2" /><base href="https://www.structuredsettlement-quotes(dot)com/" /><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /><meta name="keywords" content="structured settlement, sell annuity, selling structured settlements, lawsuit advance, litigation financing, selling annuity payments, life settlement, structured settlement factoring, Settlement Quotes LLC" /><meta name="unique" content="6666cd76f96956469e7be39d750cc7d9" /><meta name="description" content="At SSQ, we created the first marketplace for you to sell your structured settlement, lottery or other annuity payments. Call us today for more information." /><title>Sell Structured Settlement | Cash Now For Annuity Payments

  1.

Here is an example of how the deception appears in the search results and how the title tags, description and meta tags work

(note: the live link is not displayed because we don't feel it appropriate to reward a deceptive act with a link):

"Settlement Quotes, LLC – Sell Structured Settlement | Cash …

    www.structuredsettlement-quotes(dot)com

At SSQ, we created the first marketplace for you to sell your structured settlement, lottery or other annuity payments. Call us today for more information".

Let's be perfectly clear, Andrew Cravenho called his company Settlement Quotes
or SQ, not SSQ, because Andrew Cravenho got it and did not want to add
to marketplace confusion. Companies like Genex and JG Wentworth provide quotes to buy structured settlement payment rights from the holders of those rights, not structured settlement annuity quotes. Only licensed insurance agents or licensed insurance brokers who are appointed with annuity issuers can provide structured settlement annuity quotes.

Then there's deception in the SSQ privacy statement:

The privacy policy displays Settlement Quotes LLC in search results and last
updated date of August 16, 2008, yet displays the Regus office center address at 100 Pearl Street in Hartford CT that was post-Cravenho and, according to our sources, was initially signed for
by Gian Karla Limcangco in January 2012, a former employee of Genex Capital, and
at subsequent times was paid for with a credit card of Boris Drubetsky,
the COO of Genex Capital and Genex Strategies,Inc.in 2012 and 2013.The
privacy statement also mentions SSL protocol that appeared not to be in
place until 2012.   Clearly the privacy policy WAS updated since
August 16, 2008.  The question is why are the owners of structuredsettlement-quotes(dot)com have acted the way they have in using Andrew Cravenho's
company name long after his involvement in
    structured settlement-quotes(dot)com??

Jeffrey Kolansky legal counsel for Genex Capital Corporation and Roger Proctor
stated, in writing, on their behalf that "Genex did not acquire nor does
it own or control Settlement Quotes LLC" He want on to say that
"Genex Capital has no business relationship with Settlement Quotes LLC"

Genex Capital Corporation has admitted in its August 11, 2014 answer to a lawsuit complaint that Settlement Quotes LLC is an unrelated third party  [see Woodbridge Structured Funding vs Structured Settlement Quotes,Genex Capital and Genex

    Strategies Inc.Connecticut District Court 3:14-cv-00214-JAM Document26 paragraph 2]

If that is the case then why is SSQ and/or its owners or controillers misleading consumers by using the name of Cravenho's company?

Nick Jackson, who upon information and belief was employed as consultant by
Genex Strategies,Inc from early June 2012 to the end of September 2012
and worked directly on aspects of SSQ and was in direct and regular
contact with Roger Proctor and Boris Drubetsky during the period of
time he was employed there, including an exchange with Roger Proctor
about me with the ominous words "we have a plan". Lawyers for Genex Strategies,Inc.,have moved to get Genex Strategies,Inc.out of the Woodbridge
lawsuit against Genex Strategies Inc.and Genex Capital Corporation currently
pending in Connecticut District Court. Woodbridge alleges in its amended
complaint that "SSQ is nothing more than a fraudulent and deceptive
scheme designed to mislead consumers and benefit certain companies
and persons, and in particular Genex".

And so the under regulated  structured settlement secondary market turns.
