Poor Steve Dodge appears to be the latest victim of the website phishing going on with domain name structuredsettlementusa.com
Here's my pal Steve on the legitimate website

Our technology experts say the following:
Somebody took (copied) all the static content and images altogether, construct
the Phishing website and hosted with the name of www.structuredsettlementusa.com
on a different Host machine.
In the case of what they did to 4structures.com (no longer a problem)
They did the following
activities from our static data.
- Replaced 4structures.com text to structuredsettlementusa.com entire front
end content. - Took all the available images
from 4structures.com and place them to their website local
path. - Converted all jsp pages to php
pages, simply file extension changed.
A similar thing has happened to the website of Preferred Settlements, Inc.
Seems like these folks are working their way through the structured settlement industry, grabbing content and hoping to sponge banner ad income off other people's work and goodwill. What a bunch of sleaze bags!
If you fall victim to a structuredsettlementusa.com "heist" you can file a complaint with
KVC hosting. Under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act you can bring action against a host for hosting infringing content on its servers. With us they were very fast to act. email abuse@kvchosting.com.
Good luck Steve-O. I wonder who these creeps will hit next.
